small puppy aged

by: Chakradhar on Thu, Nov 15 2007

We found a cute puppy aged less than a month that looks starved near to my home,so I brought it with me.As it is very small and due to its natural behaviour it started licking, attempting to bite only near the ankels,we neglected those things.

We immediately washed that scratch with a soap.Note: That puppy is not vaccinated.
Please suggest me on this issue.
