To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download my dog died from distemper I got a gift of a female 6 week old yorkshire terrier miniature. I had it 11 days and then spotted diarrhea and vomit in her box. I was worried but thought it was a bug that would pass soon. The next day it was as bad she wasnt eating or drinking so i took her to the vet. On the way to the vet she had a fit and i got extremaly worried. We arrived at the vets clinic 15 minutes later they said they will put her on a drip and to come back later. So later on I was looking forward to seeing my baby again i went in and the vet wasnt looking very happy at all. He told us she had died 30 minutes after we left from distemper I was so upset i could hardly imagine life without her even though i only had her over a week. The vet told us he would let us we could have another one so we had to wait a week as she was too young to leave there care. I now have my baby yorkie and she is doing well and is already 3 months old. We are getting on fantastic. I just thought i would share my story with others so you know life goes on after a terrible time. And another dog helps to get over the pain of losing a friend because it keeps you busy. Comments
