stillborn kitten 12 hrs later

all seem well with my first time mother, but hours later we relized that she had left the litter. we were worried because we found her in a far corner and she seemed to be in pain. i picked her up to comfort her and then realized she was back in labor and placed her down. i didn’t think anything of it because i had seen a cat stop labor and proceed later. after the kitten was successfully passed i noticed it was deformed. it was extremely long and had a rib sticking out. eventually she returned to her litter but the next morning we found a dead kitten that had seemed fine the night before. she has been leaving the kittens to sleep in a different area for about 45 mins at a time, should i be worried?
