Finding out Gracie has FIV

by: JW on Tue, Nov 13 2007

Just last month she came down whether sick. She began to lose weight and her appetite. My other cats have had resporatory infections
though nothing this severe.

I took her in on Friday ,November 9th,07. The vet had sensed it was much more then that. I found out this Monday see is postive w/FIV. Now my concern is on my other cats.

One thing I would recommend to anyone w/ animals is to test your animals before bringing in any new pets. This would save alot of worries and concerns regarding your other pets!!! Though I know it may take several tests to be a accurate test.
