I am a CVT working if Fla, I have a soft spot for orphaned kittens. 2 weeks ago
a lady found a 3-4 week old tabby female and brought her to our clinic. she was crossing a busy street by herself. I took her home. I thought I found a home for her last week.

We usually dont adopt kittens until there 6 weeks old, but my bosses are tired of being a humane society. It was a very nice affluent client. We tested her and she came back positive for felv on the snap test. I restested to be sure and it was still +. I cant bear to see her by herself in the cage, so again I have taken her to my house. I have two 6 month old females and have been keeping her seperate. She did have bloody stool, but I put her on albon and metronidazole and it has cleared up..She is happy and enegetic.

I dont know what to do. I have never had such a hard decision. If I adopt her out, will she be a financial and worse emmotional heartache to the kind person who takes her?
