Scruffy and I

I have 2 cats, a male (Scruffy) & female (Kamakazi Kitty). Yesterday i took them in to get them fixed. I was told that they’d be tested for FIV and if they were + they would be put down. I replied, ” why, i wasnt put down when i was diagnosed with HIV.”
Well less than 2 hours ago i got THE CALL, and what did i want to do? the 1st thing i did was cry…alot. After much soul searching & praying, I made the decision to bring them both home.
Ive been a survior for 16 years, work 40 hours a week, community service, and travel. Guess Scruffy, Kamakazi,& I will grow old togeather. I know in my heart i’m doing the right thing. Im a little numb right now (so is Scruffy, hahaha) but i will keep you posted on how he is doing.

A policeman found two abandoned kittens near an old house where no one lived for many years. His wife had taken these kittens in and offered them on craigslist for adoption. I was browsing through the list and saw such a cute 8 week old black and white kitten (she posted the two cats seperately). [more..]
