my poor pepper

ive had my long haired chihuahua for about 7months and every time i take him to the vet for his booster shots they discover something wrong and i have to put him on meds. his latest visit was today, i brought him in because i noticed he doesnt have very good muscle control he falls over and has a hard time picking himself up and hes always shaking his head. well im waiting on his blood test result but im a wreck and i have to wait about a week, i dont know what to do.
