i bought a germen shepered mix with chow chow pup around the last week of june, she was 3 months old. she seemed great, very energetic and happy. then the same day she had diarrhea. i got worried so i took her to the vet. they said it was a cold and that she had a fever.

I got my puppy exactly 1 month ago today and he is 2 1/2 months old. I got him from a shelter I found on a petfinder website. We had him home for about 3 weeks and even though we havent had him for very long we could see that he was not well. He was very lethargic, wasnt eating, had a high temper.

I am looking for help in regards to information on the long term effects of K9 distemper. I have a 1 year old border collie that I adopted from a rescue group that survived distemper before the adoption.
