To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Sad Story I adopted a beautiful 3-4 year old Rottie three years ago. He showed sings of Aggressive dominance but I somehow dealt with it for three years without incidence. I wish I had done some extensive research to correct the behavior years ago. Today, he is being euthanized as I write this e-mail. A year ago my boyfriend moved into my house and he fell in love with my dog. He use to play with him and feed him from the table against my protests. He would jump and give him hugs and started to snatch food from the table. It all went downhill from there. Everyday, he challenged us a little more. I got bitten yesterday without warning on my left hand. I had watched a program on TV that encouraged that you show the dog the food bowl before you feed him. My dog decided to show me who is boss. Without warning he grabbed my hand. I could only imagine the damage he could have done to a child’s face. He was an 140lb male, I could not take another chance. I hope we all learn something from this. Comments
