To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download My cat Dempster Dempster was ill with calicivirus when I adopted him. He’s the most playful, ornery, and lovable pet I’ve ever had. His symptoms are stuffy nose every two weeks or so and sore gums. I listen to his chest when his breathing becomes labored, to check for rattling in his lungs, but take him to the vet if there’s a question. I guess his is a mild case, compared to some. My other two cats show no signs of the disease, even though they all live together. March 2010
