To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download White with black cow spots–beautiful and sweet I vaccinated my kitty, had his teeth professionally cleaned and those were mistakes. The vet techs left him dirty, bloody and apparently they used unsanitized tools because he developed stomatitis. He has been on prednisolone since 2000. He got sicker in Oct 06, tried biopsying his feet for pemphigus. He tested neg for pemphigus. His mouth ulcers were bloody and pussy, plus he had trouble breathing sometimes. I had to give him 2 mg pred daily so he would breathe better. I tried benadryl so his nose would be clearer. He doesn’t walk around unless it is to go to litterbox or food/water dish. He is a beautiful white cat with black cow spots. He has a perfect temperament, he doesn’t deserve any of this terrible pain! Every time I think it’s time for him to go to kitty heaven he shows improvement. Lately he’s been ok, sometimes he is so happy and vocal, other times he just wants to rest all day. No signs of really wanting to be put out of his misery since I increased pred to 2mg. I thought I would cry myself to sleep after one of his vet appts. They were pretty rude and moneygrubbing at the vets! Then I heard about how the rabies vaccination and pred since 2000 was probably ravaging his immune system and killing him/ destroying his health irreversably. I am never going to be ready for his death. Comments
